Vets for Climate Action is a Company Limited by Guarantee, and our staff and operations are governed by a Board of Directors, who are in turn elected by our Constitutional Members. 

Pursuant to our registration with the Australian Charity and Not-for-Profit Commission (ACNC) in 2019, we are required to have at least 50 individual members who are entitled to vote at a general meeting (Member). 

As a Member of Vets for Climate Action, you have both rights and obligations pursuant to Vets for Climate Action’s Constitution.
