Your role as a Climate Care Champion is crucial in guiding Animal Emergency Australia towards a more sustainable and greener future. Your efforts will not only benefit your clinic, but also contribute significantly to the broader environmental movement within the community.

Here's what you can expect in your new role:

  • Educational Journey: A comprehensive 12-month online learning program awaits, designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills essential for this role.
  • Leading Change: You will play a key role in implementing sustainable practices in your clinic.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: As part of a larger network within the AEA group, you'll collaborate with other task forces, sharing insights and contributing to the ESG Council, thereby amplifying your collective environmental impact.

These instructions contain a summary of what you need to know to get started on the Climate Care Program (CCP), including how you may be able to earn Continuing Professional Development (CPD) or Australian Veterinary Nurse and Technician (AVNAT) points.
