Vets for Climate Action Media and Talent Release Consent Form

I grant Vets for Climate Action (VfCA) permission to use, reproduce and communicate in any form, all photographs, videos and/or audio recordings taken of or from me and/or the information and quotations from any interview with me (Release Material).

The Release Material may be used free of charge by VfCA in any form (including print, electronic/online, video, email or other media) for the purposes of VfCA’s publications, activities or in connection with the promotion or description of VfCA.  

I acknowledge that the Release Material may also be used in any form free of charge by the media or any other organisation or person commenting upon VfCA or its activities.

I understand that the Release Material will be held on VfCA’s database and may be used in the future for the purposes and on the terms described above.

I understand that I do not own the copyright in, or have any rights of ownership or other claim over the Release Material.
