5. Use your containers for good

Eligible drink containers, marked with a 10c refund symbol, are not rubbish. They are a resource with real monetary value. Return them through your state's program like Containers for Change or Return & Earn and put the proceeds to work: a team lunch, a local wildlife rescue group, a habitat restoration project or support your favourite charity (like Vets for Climate Action *wink wink*) Every can returned is a resource kept in circulation and less landfill.
