Vets for Climate Action is entering an exciting new chapter. We want to bring our community together to share what's happening, celebrate what we've built, and talk openly about the road ahead.

Please join us for an online Town Hall on Wednesday 18 June 2026 at 7pm AEST, where our Board will be present to speak directly with members, volunteers and supporters about the transition to the Australian Veterinary Environmental Alliance (AVEA) and what this means for our programs, our people, and our mission.

On the agenda:

• An update from the Board on the transition from VfCA to AVEA, and the vision driving that change
• Hearing from key volunteers about the incredible work happening across our programs, including the Climate Care Program, in Australia and New Zealand, and the Sustainable Equine Futures program
• An update on the World Veterinary Environmental Alliance and the growing international network we're part of
• An honest conversation about what AVEA needs to thrive in its next chapter — and how you can be part of shaping that

We'll make sure there's plenty of time for questions, ideas and open discussion. This is your organisation, and your voice matters enormously as we navigate this transition together.

The momentum is real, and we want to build on it. We'd love to hear your thoughts on what's working, what's needed, and where this organisation goes from here.
