Riding the Storm: Adapting Equine Management to the Challenges of Climate Change
Dr Verdergaal was awarded the 2025 EVA John Bourke Literary Prize for this paper. This award is open to primary authors who are not members of EVA, and have published a paper in The Australian Equine Veterinarian during the previous 12 months. The paper should be of high scientific merit and of interest to the practicing equine veterinarian, but the information does not have to be novel.
The AEV is the official journal of the Equine Veterinarians Australia, a special interest group of the Australian Veterinary Association Limited, and is distributed to members and subscribers.
