Four Domains of Resilience: A Toolkit for Veterinary Wellbeing

Watch here: Join Vets for Climate Action for our April Masterclass, Four Domains of Resilience: A Toolkit for Veterinary Wellbeing, to hear from founder of the Lincoln Institute of Veterinary Business, Paul Ainsworth.

This practical and encouraging session is your check-in point – a moment to reset, reflect, and reenergise your resilience to achieve both personal and professional success and wellbeing.

We’ll explore one of the most important skills for thriving in veterinary practice – resilience – and give you simple tools to help you bounce back and stay strong.

What You’ll Learn:

Physical Resilience: Food, sleep, movement. If your body’s struggling, your mind won’t be far behind.

Practical Resilience: Small yet powerful daily habits (like making your bed) that shape your mindset and give you mental clarity.

Social Resilience: Why doing something kind for someone else lifts you up too and the importance of real esteem over self-esteem.

Psychological Resilience: How to tell the difference between eustress (the good kind) and distress, and using mindfulness to dial down the mental noise.
