If you are unable to attend, Constitutional Members are entitled to appoint a proxy. We note that, according to VfCA’s constitution, the proxy does not need to be a member of VfCA. Please email the completed proxy form to [email protected] by 6:30pm AEDT on Saturday, 29 November 2025 (at least 48 hours prior to the meeting).

If you have any questions prior to the AGM, please do not hesitate to contact me or company secretary Steff Goldring. Otherwise, there will be time for all constitutional members to ask questions or provide comments at the AGM. We note that only constitutional Members are eligible to vote. 

This is an opportunity to hear about VfCA's achievements over the past year, and outlook for 2026.
